The information center is located by Lake Lubāns, next to the river Aiviekste locks.

INFORMATION CENTRE:
* Tourist maps, guides.
* Information about the "Lubāns Wetland Complex" - tourism offer, natural values, cultural and historical heritage.
* Souvenirs.
* Binoculars (4 pcs.) for bird and landscape observation.
* Orientation game in the surroundings of the information center.
* Guided tours in the surroundings of Lake Lubān. For groups up to 10 pers. - 20 EUR per hour from the group; over 10 pers. - 2 EUR per hour per person.
* Current events - facebook.

SERVICES:
* Accommodation – 7 people (+ 4 additional mattresses). 20 EUR per person.
* Tent sites.
* Room for seminars (for up to 25 people).

ACTIVE LEISURE:
* Fishing boat (1 boat). 1 hour  - 4 EUR; all day 15 EUR.
* Canoe boats (4 boats). 1 hour  - 4 EUR; all day 15 EUR.
